- Appointments: Appointments must be scheduled directly through (0118) 328 2599.
- Payment: Payment for the service is due at the time of the health check. The discounted price (£49) shall be charged upon completion of the health check service.
- Services Provided: During the PC & Laptop Health Check, our technicians will perform comprehensive diagnostics on your device’s hardware and software to identify issues that may affect its performance or security. We will provide a report outlining any problems found along with recommendations for further action.
- Restrictions: This offer does not cover costs related to major hardware replacements or specific software licenses unless otherwise agreed upon in writing prior to service execution.
- Non-Transferable: The offer cannot be transferred, exchanged, or refunded under any circumstances.
